Event & Project Service Pricing

All our services are quoted based on size, scope, complexity, and skills required to achieve our objectives. We provide different pricing options that will suit any budget. Your choice ranges from by the Plan to by the Project, al a carte choice are available. Prices may change.

Social Events

 

  • Small Events (up to 50 guests)

    • Base pricing starts $2500.

  • Medium Events (up to 75 guests)

    • Base pricing starting at $3300.

  • Large Events (up to 100 guests)

    • Base pricing starting at $4500.

  • Gala Events (100+ guests)

    • Base pricing starting at 25-35% of Total Budget.

All packages include tables, chairs, table linens (tablecloth & napkins) (polyester black, white, or grey), chargers, centerpieces, 2 panel drapery backdrop, 8' balloon garland decorations, and lighting.

*Add-ons and upgrades are available at additional pricing.

*Rentals are available for an additional price.

                          

Corporate Events

  • Small Event/Meeting (10-25 attendees) $1250

  • Medium Event/Meeting (26-75) attendees) $1650

  • Large-Gala Event/Meeting (76-100+ attendees) $3500 or 18-25% of total budget

 

  *Writing utensils & notebooks are included in all meeting packages

This option is for the bride that is a DIYer, and wants to handle the planning process herself but just needs a little professional advice and direction such as the best vendors, venues, florists, invitations, etc. This is for the Bride that enjoys the work of putting her Wedding together.

"The Details"

This option is for the bride and groom that wants to have a hands-on approach to their wedding planning process. The couple will select their preferences of the options offered by our wedding professionals, accompanied with their desires, we then handle the rest (meetings with vendors and staff, details, timing, etc.). We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the wedding planning process and focus on the fun stuff. This option includes: (up to 60 guests, add'l guest $25 ea.)

"Class Act"

This package is our complete Wedding Design & Planning Package. This package is designed for the couple that has ideas about their wedding day, but needs a professional to bring it to life. You will work closely with our professional event designers on the complete design and details of your special day. Your designer will guide you on all aspects of the wedding planning, attend meetings on your behalf, manage logistics and pair you with the most talented vendors in the industry, along with Day of Service.

This package includes: (up to 125 guests)

  • Pre-Planning, Wedding Booklet, Event Management, Day of Wedding Coordination

  • Tables (12-60" rounds, 2 - 8' rectangle, 1- Bride & Groom table setup)

  • Premium Chairs
